The Wintec Apartments provide accommodation for residents both domestic and international seeking independence while living in affordable, convenient shared living spaces.
Wintec Apartments include three floors, comprising of four wings with communal living, kitchen and bathrooms on each floor. Each apartment wing contains 5-6 bedrooms for a total of 71 bedrooms. You'll get your own bedroom furnished with a king single bed, wardrobe, desk, heater, and chairs.
Wintec Apartments are self-catering and provide an experience like flatting in a safer, student-oriented environment – perfect for second year or domestic or international students aged 20+, or people looking for more independence.

Each resident has their own secured 12m2 bedroom containing a king single bed, desk, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Gas and power are included in your accommodation fee.

The Wintec Apartment complex is four storeys tall, with each apartment containing five or six bedrooms, shared bathroom facilities, and a full kitchen area and dining facilities.

We provide a supportive environment for school leavers to transition from home and into a new environment.
Staff on site
Trained staff (one Residential Manager and three Residential Leaders) live on-site to provide additional care to our residents. A staff member is also on duty after hours and can be contacted for emergencies 24/7.
Residential Leaders
Each resident is assigned a Residential Leader as a first point-of-contact for general matters. Our ratio of Residential Leaders to residents is approximately 1:25, meaning you have a dedicated point of contact whenever you need.
Community
Staff and residents facilitate regular events and activities throughout each month to help create a vibrant, enriching community where every resident has the opportunity to make new friends and undergo personal growth.
Off-site
Unexplained absences from our apartments are investigated to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

Yes. Hatch Student Living has 20 available carparks. Carparks for 2026 are priced at $470 per semester, which includes holidays and overnight parking.

No. At Hatch Student Living, your power (electricity) and WiFi (internet) are included within your accommodation fee.
Yes. Our fully-catered Student Village accommodation can meet your individual dietary requirements. Simply let us know your requirements before you arrive, and we'll sort it for you.
Meal cards are individually assigned and tailored to each resident’s dietary requirements. Residents receive a daily meal allowance and may only use their card for their own meals. Meal cards are not permitted to be used for guests.
Guests are permitted to stay for a maximum of three (3) nights per month.
Registering guests is simple. Residents must scan the QR code located in their block, complete the required details, and include vehicle information if the guest is bringing a car so this can be recorded.
Extra mattresses for approved guests are available and can be provided upon request.
Guests are not issued temporary keycards for safety and security reasons. Guests must remain with their host resident at all times and are not permitted to be onsite without them.
