How to apply for accommodation as an International Student

Step 1: Create Your Account

Click on the Apply Now button above and register your details to create an account.

Step 2: Log In

Use your email and password to log in to the accommodation portal.

Step 3: Start Your Application

Select Create Application and choose your intake (e.g. Semester 1, Semester 2 or Full Year).

Step 4: Complete Your Details

Fill in all required information.

Step 5: Submit Your Application

Review your application and click Submit.

Step 6: Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your application and contact you via email with the outcome and next steps.

Fees

Please note the following application fees apply to all new accommodation applications.

This application fee is non-refundable.

‍New International Applicants: $350

New Domestic Applicants: $150

Returning Residents: No application fee is required

Airport transfers - (Optional)

If you require an airport pickup to be arranged, please complete the form below and email to the international accommodation address below two weeks before you arrive in New Zealand.

If your travel plans change, notify our accommodation team immediately.

All students aged under 18 must be collected by a Wintec assigned shuttle service and taken to their Wintec approved accommodation (unless other arrangements have been approved by Wintec).
