Yes. Hatch Student Living has 20 available carparks. Carparks for 2026 are priced at $470 per semester, which includes holidays and overnight parking.
Yes. We accommodation Wintec Students for block stays upon availability. We offer catered and non-catered options for block stays.

No. At Hatch Student Living, your power (electricity) and WiFi (internet) are included within your accommodation fee.
Yes. Our fully-catered Student Village accommodation can meet your individual dietary requirements. Simply let us know your requirements before you arrive, and we'll sort it for you.
Meal cards are individually assigned and tailored to each resident’s dietary requirements. Residents receive a daily meal allowance and may only use their card for their own meals. Meal cards are not permitted to be used for guests.
Guests are permitted to stay for a maximum of three (3) nights per month.
Registering guests is simple. Residents must scan the QR code located in their block, complete the required details, and include vehicle information if the guest is bringing a car so this can be recorded.
Extra mattresses for approved guests are available and can be provided upon request.
Guests are not issued temporary keycards for safety and security reasons. Guests must remain with their host resident at all times and are not permitted to be onsite without them.
