Residential Leaders (RLs) at Hatch Student Living are live-in student advisors who foster a supportive and inclusive community across our residences.
They provide pastoral care, organize social and academic activities, and ensure our residents' safety and wellbeing. RLs play a key role in creating a positive environment where students can thrive academically and socially. With comprehensive training and flexible hours, thi srole is ideal for students seeking leadership experience and to develop valuable skills.
